Submit your documentation.
Provide us with a valid and current tax exemption certificate for your organization. This should clearly include your business or entity name, address, and the applicable tax exemption number or ID.
Account verification and approval.
Once we receive your certificate, we’ll promptly review it. If everything is in order, we will apply a tax-exempt status to your customer account.
Shop tax-free.
After approval, simply log in to your account before making a purchase, and no sales tax will be added to your future orders (as long as they ship to the same qualifying state).
If you placed an order and were charged sales tax by mistake, just contact us with the following:
A copy of your valid tax exemption certificate
Your order number
Once approved, we’ll issue a refund of the sales tax to your original payment method.
